B2B SaaS SEO Content Writer

Making
complex
simple

I help B2B SaaS companies rank and convert through strategic SEO content. Not keyword-stuffed fluff, but clear, valuable writing that both search engines and humans appreciate.

What I do

I work with B2B SaaS companies—usually somewhere between early stage and Series B—helping them build organic visibility and convert visitors through strategic SEO content. Sometimes that means creating new content from scratch. Other times it means optimizing what is already there.

Most of my projects fall into a few categories: SEO-optimized website content that ranks and converts. Case studies that tell real customer stories while targeting bottom-funnel keywords. Blog content that builds topical authority. And strategic content that positions your team as industry experts.

The common thread is clarity combined with strategy. I am not chasing keywords at the expense of readability. I am creating content that serves both search intent and business goals—making complex ideas accessible without losing the depth that search engines and buyers value. Read more on my approach →

How we'll work together

01

Conversation

We start with a conversation—either a call or async over email, whatever works better for you. I will ask about your product, your customers, and what you are trying to achieve. I will probably ask more questions than you expect, but that is how I get to the point where I can write something useful.

02

First draft

Once I understand what needs to be said, I will write a first draft. This typically takes about a week, sometimes less if schedules align. I focus on getting the structure and core message right first.

03

Refinement

You will read it, tell me what is working and what is not, and I will revise based on that feedback. Most projects take one or two rounds to get where they need to be. The goal is to nail the message, not to make you happy with mediocre work.

Good SEO content is not about gaming algorithms or stuffing keywords. It is about understanding what your audience searches for and giving them genuinely useful answers. When you do that well, rankings follow naturally.

My job is making that happen.

Client feedback

The content does not just rank—it actually converts. Our demo requests increased significantly, and the quality of leads improved.

Sarah Chen

VP Marketing, CloudSync

Fast turnaround, minimal revisions needed, and the writing sounds like us. Exactly what we needed.

James Kim

Founder, DataPulse

The case studies actually capture what our customers experienced. Not generic testimonials—real stories.

My approach

I think the best B2B content has a point of view. Not manufactured thought leadership or recycled advice, but genuine perspective that comes from actually building something. More on writing for technical audiences →

When you have something real to say, the writing is easier because you are not trying to manufacture substance where there is none.

Background

I have worked with companies across different stages—pre-product-market fit startups trying to articulate what they are building, growth-stage companies refining their positioning, and more established teams. View sample projects →

I have written for products in cybersecurity, developer tools, project management, fintech, and HR tech. Industry knowledge helps, but what matters more is the ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions.

Frequently asked questions

Most projects take 1-2 weeks from kickoff to final draft. The exact timeline depends on the scope and complexity. I'll give you a clear estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.
Most projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. I focus on getting the structure and core message right in the first draft, then refining based on your feedback. The goal is quality work, not endless iterations.
Yes. Many clients start with a single project and transition to monthly retainers for ongoing blog content, case studies, or content strategy. I typically take on 2-3 projects at a time to maintain quality.
It depends on the project, but generally: details about your product, target audience, competitors, and what you're trying to achieve. I'll ask specific questions during our initial conversation to ensure I understand your needs.
Absolutely. I offer standalone content audits and strategy work, or I can incorporate strategic thinking into writing projects. This includes keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap identification.
Yes. I've worked with developer tools, cybersecurity platforms, and other technical B2B products. I can handle technical depth while keeping content accessible to your specific audience—whether that's engineers, IT decision-makers, or business buyers.
Pricing varies by project type and scope. Blog posts typically start around $500-800, case studies $800-1,200, and website copy projects vary based on the number of pages. I'll provide a clear quote after understanding your needs.
I need about 1-2 hours of your time upfront for an initial conversation, then brief feedback sessions on drafts. I aim to be low-maintenance—you provide the insights, I handle the writing and revisions.
